Data Deletion Request
Learn how to request deletion of your data from Debalunator
Good news: We process messages in real-time and do not permanently store your personal data. However, you can still submit a deletion request to ensure any transient data is removed.
What Data We May Have
When you interact with our Instagram messaging service, the following data may be temporarily processed:
- Your Instagram User ID
- Messages you sent to our account
- Your follower status
- Timestamp of interactions
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Email Request
- Send an email to debalunator@gmail.com
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your Instagram username in the email body
- We will process your request within 30 days
Option 2: Instagram Direct Message
- Send a direct message to our Instagram account @debalunator
- Message: "Please delete my data"
- We will confirm deletion within 30 days
What Happens After Your Request
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Verify your identity through your Instagram account
- Delete any data associated with your Instagram User ID
- Send you a confirmation once deletion is complete
Deletion Confirmation
After your data is deleted, you will receive a confirmation with a reference ID like:
DEL-2024-XXXXXX
Please save this ID for your records.
Important Notes
- Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- We cannot delete data stored by Instagram/Meta – you must contact them separately
- Deletion does not affect your Instagram account itself
- Processing time: up to 30 days
